Liability release

Implementing equipment that reduces injury and Illness in multiple ways on the most hazardous jobs in flow back.

NO socks BLOW OFF

No socks blow off into 1/2 tank or cut off because employees didn't want to handle it.

EASIER

It makes it easier, faster, safer, healthier, and cleaner for the pumpers to dump the traps after flowback is released.

NO MATH

No math needed, the scale only weighs the sand that has been dumped out.

EFFICIENT

It allows employees to weigh and dump high volumes of sand faster and more often while allowing more time and energy to handle other responsibilities.

PUMPERS & FLOWBACK LEADS

Pumpers and flowback leads need to stay clean so they can fill out reports. If a well starts making a lot of sand once the flowback hands are released the sand hand makes weighing sand for a pumper feasible.

REDUCING HAZARD, time & labor

Reducing the hazard for the truckers and reducing the time charged to pull out full socks of sand buried in the half tank. Employees are more apt to dump traps correctly if they are not overwhelmed by volume or worn out from hard labor.

ELIMINATES FALL INJURIES & STRAINS

Sand hand put a stop to climbing up and down a ladder with a 100 lb sock of sand and no way of obtaining 3 points of contact for safe lifting procedures.

REDUCES WASTE

The Sand Hand changes the dynamics of dumping an SKO there is more of a sense of urgency to close the adjustable choke when the sock starts to overflow reducing the amount of water flushed into the 1/2 tank and less sand washed out of the sock, there is also a less change of flushing oil and gas reducing product waste, disposal, and trucking expense.

accuracy IN THE FIELD

Engineers get more accurate numbers to base their decisions on.

BENEFITS

SIMPLY SAFE TO USE

Sand hands are very safe, user friendly, easy to rig up, rig down, operate, and perform very well under all conditions.

ELIMINATES FALL INJURIES AND LIFTING STRAIN

Sand hand put a stop to climbing up and down a ladder with a 100 lb sock of sand and no way of obtaining 3 points of contact for safe lifting procedures.

HEALTHY

No longer drenched in bad chemicals from pulling the sock of sand to be weighed.

SAFE RIG UP

The pit unit is safely rigged up from behind the berm and inside the handrails. Eliminating the risk of falling in the pit. Each component of these units can be feasibly picked up by one person and assembled by hand on a tank or on the berm. The berm deck is placed on the berm by a chain hoist on a monorail trailer, no lifting necessary.

NO MORE SOCKS IN THE TANK

The sand hand eliminates the hazard, time and labor charges when truckers have to remove many full socks buried in the sand of the half tank. Which is also considered confined space.
